WEEK 1: The 5-Minute Bible Study Journal For A Less Stressed Life

 


In this week's episode of walking in faith in a new way: I decided to crack open my journal for the first time in a month. I was passing through the store one day when I saw a section full of self-help and faith journals that you fill out. I was drawn to this one because it had a new set of questions for everyday thinking and growing. It also helps me understand the bible verses a lot more, like a mini bible study. 
Post reflection of the journal: It helped me dive further into the feelings and anxiety that I've been feeling. After completing the prayer part and finalizing my entry, it felt like the weight on my shoulders had lifted. Thanks be to God for allowing me to communicate with him in a new way. ✝️
