Week 3: Deep Prayer and Meditation
This week I decided to fully focus on meditation and prayer. The routine I've picked up that works the best is to take a hot shower, meditate, and then fully go into deep prayer. During these talks with God, I like to talk about what's on my mind and what's going on in life. I find myself creating solutions to my problems as I go and take a moment to write them down.
Post Prayer Reaction: After finishing up my prayer I'm usually crying because of the strong emotions reflected from the conversation. I feel reborn and ready to conquer another day. The feeling after makes you feel so in control of yourself and the life that surrounds you. It also allows you to become more grateful.
