Week 6: Ash Wednesday

 

This week I attended Ash Wednesday 5:30 PM mass at the church by the Student Apartment Complex, where I live. It was really nice seeing everyone, including my God. It's vital to remember that you are truly dust. Its a reminder to always take things with a grain of salt and to keep moving and evolving within yourself. Afterward, I went to the Newman Center to hangout with friends and meet new people who had attended as well. There is strength in community and support. Thanks be to God.
