Week 11: Volunteer Mission Trip

This week, I met mi amiga Marlie to get boba and macaroons from an asian restaurant. We caught up, and she mentioned this one thing that stuck with me: a volunteer mission trip to Guatemala. Instantly, I'm thinking about how I'm going to get my future self involved. There's a fundraising goal for every person due to no travel help. I put all the details in the QR code if you'd like to donate, share, or even learn about the mission trip if you feel the same passion for this as I do. I created multiple flyers (two not included) and plan on doing a tabling ASAP. I fear the obvious fear, not being able to afford to make a change (literally). BUT my head, heart, and soul are held high by God Almighty, so I will continue to trudge through. I cannot wait to work till I become physically exhausted for the people in need. Giving back is a huge part of who I am due to people giving back to my family and me when we first moved to the United States. I'm first-gen. Americanly raised. This trip would be my first trip out of the States. I'm so excited! Bless be to God for excitement, eagerness, determination, perseverance, and faith.
